What's your favourite scene and episode in a television series. Coincidentally my favourite scenes and episode are also the best scenes in television hence the thread title.
If you splat it, I'll assume you mean Tiswas.
Television.
The scene when Finn explains that Vito was pitching and not catching from The Sopranos. The comic timing, the dialogue and the acting make it worth watching as many times as you can and is probably the ideal clip to watch when you're squeezing one out and need something to hide the time.
Episode.
The last episode of series 1 in Westworld. Brilliantly complex, fantastic the way they wove the heads together into a tight ending.

one amazing moment that is a bit different from the rest on here, from scrapheap challenge or something like that.
3 teams,one from US, one from France, one from UK, all charged with making a flying machine.
When it came to the end, the winner would be judged on how long the wheels left the floor if at all. The US one didn't leave the ground, the French one was a fine effort and managed about 8 seconds. the UK one literally took of a hundred feet in the air and did 3 laps of the airfield.
the show runners and commentators were half panicking and half whooping for joy, he wasn't meant to go above 10 feet or something. was pretty joyous to watch

Would love to do that Sold, I bet it’s one of the best things you’ve done. My grandad always despised the way the yanks took every bit of credit they could but that series was surely as close as you’ll get to what it must of been like for all the allied forces.
